When a client requests a boundary survey, we acquire the deeds of every home in the neighborhood. Every boundary line on the block is pre-calculated before we arrive on-site. I understand that every corner or boundary line is shared by the adjoining owner, so I must be confident enough in any evidence uncovered to establish any line or corner on the block before I set the corners and lines of our client.
